Mistys in bad shape!

Hi u may know that i have a BAD alirgic reaction if i can see or smell smoke.....well theres a small brush fire about 100-20 miles away and i smell it so...i have the reactions what are.....
1: itchy all around face and neck arms legs and back
2: get rely red and hot
3: out of breath breathing heavly
4: faint
well now im on stage 3 so ya im going to the doctor/hospital(ill be ok!)
